Waikiki
contains many world-renowned oceanfront resorts and is home to many Oahu
residents. A 2-mile long stretch, it is one of Hawaii's main tourist hot spots
with hotels, restaurants, shopping and, of course, pristine beaches.
Housing in Waikiki includes condominiums, time
share units and commercial apartment buildings. Condominium prices range from
$200,000 to $1,000,000 and up.
There are condominium units zoned for hotel
use which are attractive to Buyers wanting use as a second home, with hotel
income during the times they are not using the unit. These buildings range in
price from the $300,000's and up.
The Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Kapiolani
Park and Ala Wai Boat Harbor are within walking distance from Waikiki.
