Kailua
offers some of the best beaches in the world. Lanikai beach is known for its
picturesque setting with crystal clear waters and sandy beaches. Kailua is a
well-built community where you can find numerous town activities. There is the
Kailua Town Parade, wonderful boutiques, little leagues games, and numerous
delicious and unique restaurants. The flat land space offers a great location

Kaneohe is next door to Kailua and sits beside
the beautiful Koolau Mountains. The lush tropical setting is the home of
Hoomaluhia Botanical Garden. The botanical garden is 400 acres of rare and
endangered plants with a beautiful 32-acre lake.
Going north of Kaneohe are other small
communities such as Kahuluu, Laie, Hauula, and Kahuku. All are set in a less
active area where many enjoy living in the tranquil environment.
This side of the island is for those who want
to enjoy the calm tropical setting that it provides for all the homeowners on
the Windward side.
